Accommodation
The tropical beach house consists of two separate and private buildings, which can be rented out individually or in combination. When booked together, we can accommodate a party of up to 6 people, consisting of at least two couples.
Both buildings have been designed to provide you with all the usual Western-style home comforts in a tropical beachfront setting. Chintaka, our housekeeper will be available to clean as often as you wish and Mahinda will try his best to cater to your group's tour wishes!
The Main Beach House (can accommodate 4 people)
The main house consists of two bedrooms - the front bedroom has a double bed and the back bedroom has two singles that can be pushed together. We also have an additional cot that can be used, if necessary.
Each double bedroom comes complete with:
- Remotely controlled air conditioning
- Impeccably clean, en suite bathrooms with hot water showers
- Locally-made furniture and a coconut wood bed with a spring double mattresses
- Gorgeous batik and paintings produced by local artists
- A hidden security box to store your valuables (you can bring your own padlock
Additional beach house features:
- A fully-fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, gas oven and a complete range of cooking utensils
- A large enclosed and shaded front garden area - perfect for children!
- An outdoor plunge pool
- A large coconut trunk-supported veranda with dimmer switch adjustable lighting
- Dining room with a solid teak dining table and 6 chairs
- Badminton rackets and a range of boardgames and a library of books
- 240 volt electric power points - compatible with all European appliances
The cabana (can accommodate a couple)
The cabana, in the tropical side garden, can accommodate 2 people (a couple). We can also provide an additional cot, if necessary. Please note that there is some road noise and no direct seaview from the cabana.
The cabana comes complete with:
- Beautiful mahongany kitchette
- Large veranda with hammock
- Attached bathroom with hot water shower
- Locally-made furniture and a coconut wood bed with a spring double mattresses
- Room cooler unit
- A hidden security box in which to store your valuables (you can bring your own padlock)
All bed linen and towels are included. However, please bring your own beach towels.
