Simply select your dates and then click 'continue'. You can also see the weekly rate by moving your mouse over a specific calendar date. Once you have made a booking request you'll receive an email explaining how to pay online by credit or debit card.

Tropical Beach Apartment

Although the new studio apartment is not due for completion until June 2012, you are able to book it right now using the calendar below. You will not need to pay anything until the work is completed and I will discount by 20% any bookings that I take before the property is finished. Terms & Conditions

Tropical Beach House Weekly Rates for 2012-2013

• High Season (1 November to 30 April) = £600 per week
• Low Season (1 May to 31 October) = £450 per week

Tropical Beach Apartment Weekly Rates for 2012-2013

• High Season (1 November to 30 April) = £475 per week
• Low Season (1 May to 31 October) = £350 per week

Tropical Beach Cabana Weekly Rates for 2012-2013

• High Season (1 November to 30 April) = £300 per week
• Low Season (1 May to 31 October) = £200 per week

Discounts

• 10% discount on either the cabana or apartment standard booking fee when booked in combination with the main house. Use the main house booking calendar and select these properties as optional extras to take advantage of the discount.
• Returning guests should contact me for a 10% discount.
• Long Stay Discount: 5% if the booking is for longer than 20 nights.

Booking Conditions

• The main house, apartment and cabana are all rented as whole units regardless of the number of occupying guests. I don't offer individual room rates for the main house.
• I need to receive a 33% deposit to confirm your booking.
• My booking calendar is run by Rental Systems who charge 4.5% to process credit card payments. You can avoid this charge by making a BACS payment to my UK bank account instead.
• Earliest arrival time is 3pm on booking start date.
• Latest departure time is 10am on booking end date.
• The balance will be collected 8 weeks before the booking start date.
• For a nightly booking rate, pro-rate the weekly rates above.

Cancellation Conditions

• The deposit is always non-refundable and the cancellation charges are as follows:
• Within 8 weeks of the booking start: deposit + 20% of balance.
• Within 6 weeks of the booking start: deposit + 40% of balance.
• Within 4 weeks of the booking start: deposit + 60% of balance.
• Within 2 weeks of the booking start: deposit + 80% of balance.
• Within a week of the booking start: deposit + 100% of balance.

Rates include:

• Daily house cleaning service (should you require it to be daily).
• Use of all amenities: electricity, air-conditioning, hot water, cooking gas.

Rates don't include:

• Airport transfers: Rs9,000 each way payable locally, if required. Please request this when you make your booking.
• Meals: although they can be arranged for a local charge.
