Tropical Beach House Is Up For Sale!

After being the proud owner of the Tropical Beach House complex, and having a wonderful time runnning such a fun and rewarding business over the past 6 years, I am now putting the properties up for sale.

Why would I want to do that? Well, chiefly because my circumstances have changed. I am now married with a 1 year old son and have full time commitments in the UK. I'm just not able to bring my family out to Sri Lanka for as long as I previously could on my own.

I'm in no rush to sell the beach house as it still provides me with a comfortable residual income, as it has always done.
